Hi there! I’m so happy you’re here!

My name is Nicole Addison and I am a Registered Dietitian (RD), lover of all things food and nutrition, recipe developer, and nutrition communications expert based in Toronto.

I focus on creating accessible yet healthy recipes that nourish the body while fuelling the soul. I believe that nutrition is about more than just the foods you eat and should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help individuals nourish a healthier relationship with food in a way that fits with their lives!

One of my most popular series on Instagram is my meal planning. I’ve been able to take the external pressures and overwhelm of cooking and planning off through these methods - which is why I’m here! I want to provide more in-depth knowledge and skills to help you manage nutrition in the kitchen.
