For this week’s meal plan I have TWO new exciting warmer weather-inspired recipes that are bursting with flavour!! Say hello to Lemon Blackberry Baked Oatmeal Cups and my Pearl Couscous Bean Salad, both staples to add to your meal prep lineup!

If you’re new here, my meal prep formula is:
